Data controller

This site is owned by İgal Benşabatlevi (an individual, based in Istanbul), who is responsible for any personal data it collects. Contact: igallevi9@gmail.com

What I collect

• Contact form: if you fill it in, your name, email address and message reach me. Using the form is entirely optional; you can email me directly instead.
• Visit statistics: a visitor counter that records, in aggregate, which pages are viewed, which site a visit came from, and the country, device and browser type. It uses no cookies and does not identify who you are.
• Technical logs: the services that deliver the site and its videos keep technical logs, such as IP address and browser details, for security and operation.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

I use form details only to reply to you and to discuss possible work together. The legal basis is that this is directly related to entering into a contract, and legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f). I use the visit statistics to understand how the site is used.

I never sell your details, use them for advertising or add them to a marketing list.

Who receives it

The site relies on these services, which operate from outside Türkiye:

• Vercel (hosting the site and the visit statistics)
• Cloudflare (delivering videos and images)
• Resend (forwarding form messages as email)
• Google Gmail (keeping messages in my inbox)

How long I keep it

Conversations that do not lead to work are deleted one year after the last message. Conversations that do lead to work are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you can ask whether your data is processed, have it corrected or deleted, find out who it has been shared with, and object to its processing. Just write to igallevi9@gmail.com; I will reply within 30 days at the latest. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
